Step 1:- Add “Window Administrator Web (New)”
Responsibility on our Apps User
Step2:- Open Workflow Builder
Step 3:- Click File -> Open -> WFSTD.wft(Standard
file)
Navigatiion (Drive name where install Workflow
-> wf -> Data -> US)
Step 4:- Save as these file with XXC05_WF01_Simple.wft
Step 5:- Click on XXC05_WF01_Simple and create new item type
Internal
Name:- X05_WF01
Display
Name:- XXC05 WF01 Simple
Description:-
XXC05 WF01 Simple
Then click OK.
Step 6:- Now create a new Process.
Right
click on processes and create new process
Internal Name:- XXC05_WF01_PROCESS
Display Name:- XXC05 WF01 First
Process
Description:- XXC05 WF01 First
Process
Then Ok.
Step 7:- Double Click on Process then open Process window.
Step 8:- Right click on Process Window and create new
function

Type:- Standard
Internal
Name:- START
Then Click Node Tab
Label:- START
Start/End:- Start
Then Click OK
.
Step 9:- Create another Function “END” same as “START”

Item Type:- Standard
Internal Name:- END
Then Click node Tab
Step 10:- Create a Message.
Right
click on message and create new message.
Click on Body Tab.
Give
Subject and text body value.
Step 11:- Now we create a new Notification
Right
Click on Notification then create new Notification

Name:- XXC05_WF01_NOTIFICATION
Display
Name:- XXC05 WF01 First Notification
Description:-
XXC05 WF01 First Notification
Message:-
XXC05 WF01 First Message
Then drag notification on Process Window
Step 12:- Double Click on XXC05 WF01 First Notification
Click on
“Node” Tab.
Give
value of Performer(Apps User Name which is store in FND_USER Tables)
Then Ok.
Step 13:- Right click on Start and draw a line to
Notification and then right click on notification and drag a line from notification to End.
Step 15:- Save that workflow in Database.
Step 16:- Now Go to Oracle Apps.
Workflow
Administrator Web (New) -> Administrator Workflow -> Developer Studio
Open Developer Studio form.
In Item “Type Internal Name”
give internal name of workflow.
Then click on “Go” Button
Step 16:- Click on Run Button.
Give
Item Key Value:- AA1 and submit it.
Step 17:- Click on Ok Button.
Step 18:- Open that Window
Our Workflow submit successfully.
Step 19:- Click on Activity Tab.
Step 20:- Now See Diagram of Worklow. Click on View
Diagram Button
Now You Successfully Create a
Simple Workflow.
